As children arrive on the scene we look to move to a larger home and then another large home as the children get older, then we look to smart size when the children are grown and have started their own real estate cycle. At each stage of the cycle, with our lifestyles changing, we need to sell our homes.

Having been through these changes ourselves, Carol, Lindsay, Wes and Joe know first hand what you are experiencing. There is the practical element to moving, then there is the emotional ties to your home that you are going to leave behind. In helping you prepare your home for sale, we are able to see things which you may not.

We will work with you on developing a marketing plan to properly price your home, prepare your home for sale, then implement a marketing plan you and we have worked on together. In preparing your home for sale, we make suggestions on how to best present your home. Often times, we will use the services of a Professional Home Stager to make this happen.

Once your home is prepared for sale, the Marketing Plan gets put in place with the objective being to sell your home in the quickest possible time, for the most amount of money with the least amount of inconvenience to you.
